I'll see it tomorrow night.Vulnavia Morbiushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04722740955194993451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18814440.post-1145999377033734052006-04-25T14:09:00.000-07:002006-04-25T14:09:00.000-07:00I still giggle with delight over Dumplings. Contrived is exactly right!

But I was really taken with Dumplings. I may have to own it, although I'm uncertain whether or not to try to get my hands on the edition that has both versions or not. The short is absolutely better, but I'm still conficted as the long tells such a different story.

I also just watched Inside Man over the weekend and it struck me as very under-rated. I kept reading reviews that seemed to be annoyed with it for beeing too mainstream, but they apparently were watching a different film. I think it might be among my favorites of Spike Lee's films, although maybe I just like "mainstream". or it could be the Clive Owen factor. :)

Have you gotten a chance to see Brick? It was awesome! Loved it. Hopefully, it makes it to your neck of the woods.DeAnnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02200742286951395986noreply@blogger.com
